BSS-IT has developed a web application to allow users to view their schedule and encode their absences.
The schedule page allows the user to view their own schedule.
The information comes from the SAP Business One software, where the occupation of the user has been planned. It is possible to navigate from month to month and encode an absence of a specific date.
A second page regarding absences allows the user to encode a single failure or a whole range of dates.
A control is developed to block any encoding without a date already having an occupation.
The user can change his password or request a new one if he has forgotten.
All the web application data is synchronized in real time with the SAP Business One.
